A difficult patient position
With a Point Positive CPR Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course, first aid providers in a remote outdoor setting will be better prepared to respond when faced with limited resources, extended care settings, and decisions about when and how fast to evacuate an ill or injured person.
This course features multiple learning environments with both classroom time and hands-on outdoor scenarios. Students will learn techniques including soft tissue injury management, hypothermia management, proper splinting and immobilization, and long term patient care with minimal resources.
